Overall good. Even though if you get their best package it does not include bridal or engagement photos. Really easy to get along and outgoing.

Whitney Photo/Video is the BEST in town- Hands Down! The ONLY reason we didn't use them for Video is one of our oldest/closest family friends is a videographer that wanted to do it for us as part of a wedding gift. Their quality and value can't be matched in video AND photo. We hand the best time working with and getting to know them. It was wonderful to have Ben and Kisha there for the day- Ben was even able to calm the nerves of my anxious groom as I was late to our first look! And with me being so behind from hair and makeup- they both kept so calm and happy that WE were calm and happy. Even with a condensed First look- we got the most wonderul and beautiful shots that I will cherish forever. They are so professional and have the best eye! I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know that is ever looking for a photographer- for any occasion!

Ben and Kisha Whitney are amazing photographers! Our very good friends used them for their wedding and once we saw their pictures we knew we wanted to use them as well. They really cared about us and what we wanted for our wedding pictures and they were very accommodating. Your wedding pictures are all you have after the big day is said and done and we are beyond happy with ours. In fact...I look at all 1000+ of them every few weeks just to enjoy our day all over again. We HIGHLY recommend Whitney Photography!

Photography was done very professionally but friendly too, and pictures look great! Very clear and great color/editing.

Whitney Photography did a fantastic job on our wedding album and video (we also had an engagement session with them as well). Ben and Kisha make you feel so comfortable around the camera. My husband and I are usually the type of people that will take 10 photos before we are satisfied with our pictures, but some how they got us to take terrific photos. (That was my biggest fear is taking horrible photos and wasting money). I love the storybook albums they have. Out of all the photographers we met with in Charlotte, I loved their album layout and cover the best. They also are responsive in sending out the album draft in a reasonable time (I got my picture DVD within 4-6 weeks and album back in about 3-4 months). They are extremely creative and great at what they do! I do wish there was a little more dancing in the video being that it is the longest part of the whole wedding. They had the (cake cutting, father/daughter, etc.) but guests dancing lasted about 5 minutes in the...

From the first meeting I had with Whitney photography, I felt comfortable and very happy with my decision of having them be a part of our special day. The teamwork between Ben and his wife Kisha are what makes them a great team. We had our engagement session,my bridal portraits, and our wedding photographs and video taken by them and were completely pleased with all their work. I would highly recommend them to any future bride and groom for their wedding day.

We loved working with them. They are so sweet and comfortable to be around. Since we live in Italy and got married in Charlotte they were very flexible with our schedule to take our engagement photos before we moved. It also rained on our wedding day and they offered to do an after session so we could get more photos. It was overall an amazing experience and I would definitely hire them again. I also loved our guest book and our big photo prints they made. I can't wait to make our wedding album.

We were so impressed with Whitney Photo and Video's professionalism, punctuality, and precision on our wedding DVD. After all is said and done on your wedding day, your video is one of the only momentos you have left to remember it, and we're so glad we chose Whitney Photography and Video to create ours. Their website states "unlimited wedding coverage". During my reception they came up to me while I was on the dance floor enjoying my SPECIAL day, and they informed me they were packing up. It wasnt until I was on my honeymoon that I went on their website and was reminded that they offered unlimited coverage. They didnt even have pictures or video of us leaving the reception. When I brought this to their attention, they were in no way willing to admit that they did anything wrong and argued me on the matter. When I offered a settlement agreement they inormed me they needed to "pray about it". I respected that as I respect the power prayer (eventhough they did not advertise themselves as doing business in a spiritual or religous way), however they used that time to contact the PPA (semi-lawyers for photographers)who in turn contacted me and told me I need to deal with him now. I now do not have record of some very special moments from my wedding day. WHitney photography and video approached me at an extrememly vulnerable time (DURING MY WEDDING!!!) when I had a million other things happening, and took advantage of that time in order for them to leave before they were supposed to. Additionally, they were completely un-creative and lazy. Most pictures of the reception are of whoever was on the dancefloor. I have barely no pictures of family other thatn the few that were taken at the church, and not ONE of me and my mother or brothers, etc. They blamed this on me too, because they said I should have told them. Brides, I think we all have a certain expectation when we pay a vendor $4000+, and that is that they will do a professional job!!! We should not have to tell them the obvious!! I was married in September and it is now December, and they have been dragging their feet on getting my album and video (they were sick, then busy, etc.). THey are now telling me I will have it all in 4-8 weeks, which is 5 MONTHS after my wedding!!!!! Save yourself the drama, and find a more reliable photographer and videographer.

We were both very happy with Whitney Photography. Both Ben & Kisha were very personable and we felt very comfortable having them photograph our wedding. They seemed to be up to date on all of the latest technology as they had every thing at their fingertips when we met; including photo book examples, videos, slide shows, etc. On our wedding day they were there, but never "in" the way and took a lot of great photos. We got rained on that day in July, and they ended up offering to do an after session that was one hot day in August, but completely worth it. We met with a couple of photographers, and felt they were by far the best match for personality, style, price and products that we needed. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer.

The Whitneys were very easy to work with and accomodating. The pictures were beautiful and the video was well worth the extra money. I would recommend them to anyone.

We LOVED them and their photography. We will never forget that gorgeous FALL day on the boat and they captured our wedding day wonderfully !

To say that the pictures from our wedding are wonderful feels so inadequate. Ben and Kisha captured so much and made the pictures so real that looking at them makes us feel as if we are at the wedding all over again! After my bridal session with Ben it became very apparent to me, my husband, my family, and our friends that they were absolutely the right choice! My mom continues to pull out her wallet picture as often as possible. Their professionalism truly compliments them both as people and as artists. They made us feel that they were as excited about our events as we were and that capturing this time in our lives was as important to them as it was to us! Their style of photography is breath taking and I absolutely love each and every photo. The more time we got to spend with them made us feel as though we had made two new friends and of course, when anyone has asked me for a photographer, I have, and will continue to, gladly give them their name!!! A year later I look back and think... I wouldn't have changed a thing!
