Whippoorwill-Hill Weddings

Whip-poor-will Hill provided their beautiful venue for Hospice of Union County's 2011 Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. Our guests were wowed by the beauty of this facility.Linda Terrell made everything so easy. She ordered the tables and chairs, provided the linens and directional signs, and offered us fthe opportunity to do some advance set-up on the afternoon before the event. Linda, Mike and their family were present on the day of the luncheon to make sure every thing went smoothly and to ensure that our caterer had ample tables, electricity, etc.The staff and volunteers of Hospice of Union County are immensely grateful to Mike and Linda Terrell. Without their generousity and assistance, this special day would not have been possible.

Whip-Poor-Will-Hill is a great country setting we used for our reception; beautiful & peacefully quite. There was plenty of space to set up tents, chairs & tables and still have room to move about and enjoy being outdoors The owners were extremely friendly and flexible with us coming there to look around and plan things out.

Linda and Mike at Whippoorwill-Hill Weddings work extremely hard to customize the wedding according to what you need. My daughter had exactly the wedding she wanted and they made it happen.

Linda was so kind and helpful. Her pricing and set-up provided us with much more flexibility then many other larger venues would have- with things such as the catering and decor that we chose to bring ourselves. We loved the location because it was unique and intimate. We had a great time and I would recommend this location to another bride any day!

Our wedding was in May. We loved it, not only was it BEAUTIFUL it was a blast. The horses were a main attraction they raced around the pasture just as I was coming up the driveway in the carriage. All our friends and guests are still talking about it, it looked like something out of the movies. We did our own catering, they provided us with a huge buffet table on the wrap around porch, and we were able to use the kitchen, for a staging area. We also had a tent but the guests really enjoyed the huge wrap around porch. The house is not big but very open and airy, and what a beautiful sunset!

My wedding day was Amazing thanks to all the support and hard work from Linda!!! The house is beautiful,timing was right on point!!! I couldnt have asked for a better place to have my special day!! Linda still to this day calls me to see how my husband and I are doing!!!
