I didn't care for the boutique feel of a lot of bridal shops, and this one has a much more approachable atmosphere. You can actually try on a huge selection of bridesmaid dresses, so two of my girls were able to actually see the WToo dress I had scoped out online in the shop. With that said, there were some issues with the sizing of the girls' dresses, especially the ones out of town. They *are* incredibly cautious about ordering a dress "big enough" and scared the buh-jeezus out of a couple of my girls with their sizing. In the end, though, the dresses looked great and came in a decent time frame. As for me, I got my bridal gown here as well, and actually found the perfect one off the rack. The girl helping me was fairly kind and not pushy at all. She worked a deal with me to "sell back" the bolero coverup to them for an even bigger discount and was right that with only minor alterations, my dress of the rack fit like it was made for me. Overall, there were minor headaches but nothing beyond what I think any bridal store would offer. I'd steer clear of the video and photography anyway, and also just be smart about pricing and sizing and you should be fine.

I was initially excited bc the wedding mal carried Bari Jay dresses and also offered a discount. Unfortunately service there is not good at all. The dresses literally came in a week before the wedding, sizing was completely inacurate and the associates would always give my bridesmaids attitude unless I was present. Not professional.

We actually used White Glove Photography and First Class Production for our videography, they are located in the wedding mall. The offered packages were very reasonable and we got our money's worth. We ended up with over 1,000 pictures and 3 albums for them, 5 designed photobooks, 3 DVDs, and the rights to them as well. We had Emily and Jason as our photographers and Manny as one of our videographers and I think they are the absolute best. They captured the essence of our day and have afforded us the timeless memories of photos and video.

The Wedding Mall saved my day! I had ordered my dress somewhere else in town and it was the wrong dress, so I went to the Wedding Mall and they had my dream dress. I also ended up using them for photography, video and entertainment. Everything was perfect. I would send anyone to The Wedding Mall. They are so friendly and really did save the day.

The Wedding Mall is such a great concept. It is a one stop shop for all the brides who need a little extra help with their wedding plans. They had a great selection for dresses both bridal and bridesmaids. They also gave all of my girls 20% off their dresses. I also decided to use them for photo and video. The photos looked AMAZING and the video really did capture the whole day. I would recommend this store to anyone.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!!!! I came to them after having a not so great experience at Bedazzled in Gastonia, NC. I found that The Wedding Mall carried the Alfred Angelo dresses I wanted to order for my bridesmaids. As soon as I walked in, I was much happier. I received EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish AND their price was lower than the store that treated me like crap. Although I had my dresses selected, I looked around and saw that they had several designers to choose from and lots of color options which was important to me. I also got my comb & veil from The Wedding Mall and their prices were better for accessories too. I would recommend this place to anyone. The best thing about this place is that they are really a one stop shop. You can reserve your Video, Photography, Tuxedos, etc there. I plan to review those services also.

I bought a dress off the rack which was four sizes too big. Ok I know that a dress that big is going to need some alterations, however since they don't have an alterations person in the store, they are unable to help you with knowing how much this may cost. I ended up paying $400 in alterations when I could have just paid like $40 to have a dress in my size rush shipped. I expect them to be the experts in wedding dresses, and this was never suggested to me. I had about four months before my wedding when I bought this dress. NOW I know that I shouldn't have bought that dress because of the way it was made and what needed to be done to make it fit me properly, but THEN I didn't know. I should have had one rush shipped. I've never been married, and I've never bought a wedding dress before. I love the dress, but not this store. The owner tried to sell me other services they offer when I bought my dress, which annoyed me. When I went to pick up my bridesmaids dresses the girl working at the counter was on the phone with a customer. She hangs up the phone and says, "God I hate people!" Very professional right? I don't think so! Go elsewhere when you buy your dress. It's a very very important purchase and these are not the people you want to give your hard earned money!

I needed an Alfred Angelo retailer, and this was the closest to where I live. When I got to the wedding mall, they did not have the dress I wanted to try, but the owner ordered the dress for me without a deposit--just so I could try it on. Of course, when I did, it was the perfect dress and I bought it. Alfred Angelo dresses are great, and the Wedding Mall was wonderful to work with!

Ok, let me start out with a few good things about this place. The owner is awesome and there is a huge selection. Now, for the bad... The girls that work there were the most difficult people I dealt with in all aspects of my wedding planning. They give you an attitude, argue with you, walk away from you, group together and stare at you while talking and rolling their eyes, etc. Also, it is very important for you to know that their measurements/sizing is very inaccurate. All of my girls ordered between 2 and 6 sizes smaller than the wedding mall measured them and yet all of their dresses were still too big. Four out of my five bridesmaids were able to fully zip up their dresses and then step out of them because they were sooo huge. Alterations were very expensive because the dresses had to be recut and completely redone.

The Wedding Mall covered most of my wedding, and they were AWESOME. I would definitely use them again. They did my pictures, helped me pick out my venue, and DJed the wedding as well.

This vendor was wonderful. Originally we had only planned to use them for dj sevices and they happened to carry the line of dresses we wanted for our bridesmaids. My husband then used them for the men's tuxes. After our original photographer disappointed us by their lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we cancelled with them and were able to book First Class Productions to do our video and photography. My mother even got her gown from them. We wanted a calm setting for the meal part of our reception and then we wanted a reall party afterwards. Our DJ was able to give us what we wanted and more. He was not corny and was very energetic. He entertained our guests and made our reception one that our friends and family still talk about.

I originally chose to order dresses from The Wedding Mall because they had exactly what I wanted, the prices were reasonable, and the employees were MUCH friendlier and more efficient than David's Bridal. One of the employees, however, wrote down the wrong dress number when ordering one of my bridesmaids' dresses. My bridesmaid went to pick it up 2 months before the wedding, and it was THE WRONG DRESS! The Wedding Mall would accept no responsibility and tried to charge my friend for the dress they couldn't return in addition to the new dress and rush shipping fee of $40. We went balistic - this was NOT our fault and they were totally unreasonable in accepting responsibility. Ironically the girl who made the mistake no longer worked there. The owner made sarcastic remarks to me about it every time I was in the store throughout my wedding planning process. On our wedding day we had two fantastic photographers - friendly and always right there...or so we thought. My photos were more important to me than anything, and although they used digital cameras, for some reason about 50 pictures in a row never turned out, including ALL of the family photos inside the church. I was furious and devastated. I can never replace those. Coincidentally, the photographer moved out of state immediately after our wedding and the owner of The Wedding Mall claimed she left no contact info. There was nothing he could do. The photographers also did not take about 5 of the poses I specifically requested on a piece of paper. The good news is that I was able to buy the rights to my photos, so I can copy/print them for basically no cost, and my proofs were ready for pick-up when we returned from our honeymoon. The owner is very pushy and tries to woo every shopper by telling her she's gorgeous she is, blah, blah, blah. I was sick of their business by the time I finally got my wedding pictures and would not recommend them to anyone else.

I got my wedding dress at the wedding mall as well as the bridesmaid dresses. They had a great selection and on site alterations. I originally found the bridesmaid dresses in a magazine and was astonished that they had them at such an affordable price! It made it much easier on my friends. My wedding dress is unlike any other I have seen. I highly reccomend the wedding mall for a bride who wants a sensible budget without sacrificing anything.
