The Charmed Event

You've heard the term "mother's little helper," well The Charmed Event gals are bride's BIG helper(s). I would argue that as a bride, you have to have a wedding planner. I would also argue that your search should stop here and you should hire these wedding planners in particular. I used them for my wedding on September 24th and I'm so thrilled I did. Their expertise, guidance, and opinions were very necessary and I know my wedding wouldn't have been anywhere near as great as it was without these two. Jill and Katie are sweet, fabulous and fun. People are still telling me that our wedding was the best wedding they've ever been to. If that's not a testament of what TCE can do, then I don't know what is. Oh, and they'll also talk you down off the ledge. Now that's full service. :)

Where do I start? Jill and Katie were completely invaluable to us! They helped and supported us every step along the way, and on the day of we had absolutely nothing to worry about. My mother was amazed that she was able to enjoy the day right by my side! Everything was taken care of quickly and thoroughly. The value for their service is just amazing, especially given some of the other price quotes we received. Even better than the great value was how easy they were to work with and how well they understood what I wanted for my wedding. They made my vision come to life and then some. I would 110% recommend them to friends and family!

The ladies at the Charmed Event were AMAZING! They were the best vendors we worked with and most of all so much FUN! I met with a few other planners and didn't really get a personal feeling from them, but when I met with Jill and Katie I immediately I felt they understood what I wanted and really saw my perspective. Their recommendations and insight made our wedding run so smoothly and gave us the comfort of enjoying it without worrying about everything. Completely worth the investment!!

I recently had the pleasure of having The Charmed Event help plan and facilitate my wedding. Jill and Katie are not only easy to work with, professional, and creative, they are prepared to handle any situation. They come with plan A to Z so you never have to worry! My outdoor ceremony had to be moved indoors after it began storming (with threat of tornados in the area) and Jill and Katie were on top of it. The ambiance that was created by moving the wedding into the reception venue was beautiful. Every candle was lit along with laterns they found at the facility to line the area where the ceremony took place. It was perfect and everyone agreed the stormy outside weather combined with the candle lit setting made the ceremony very intimate. In a last minute rush to find a photographer (only 2 weeks before the wedding) they were able to get me an award winning photographer who happen to have an opening on my day! We were given copies of the actual invoices of items we purchased such as stationary. They are an open book and honest to their brides. We had the perfect day and I cannot speak highly of them enough. They gave us the expierence of a lifetime and we are forever indebited to them.

I was very busy and knew I needed a planner - and I interviewed several. We are so happy we booked The Charmed Event, they got me and were almost more excited than I was about the process! The wedding was fabulous and I will miss them!

CREATIVE, CARING, FABULOUS and worth every penny! They took my ideas beyond anything I could do and keep me so organized and on time with planning! Loved them!

I booked the Charmed Event after my bf used them as well - her wedding was absolutely stunning and had so much personality, and mine was as well! No stress, and the girls are so much fun to be around. I miss working with them!!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with The Charmed Event team. We used them from start to finish for all of our planning. I started working with Jill and Katie almost one year prior to our actual wedding date. They made the entire planning process as easy and stress-free as possible. We were provided fabulous recommendations for reception sites and vendors (i.e. band, venue, photographers, etc.). At any time that my mom or I had a question or concern, it was addressed promptly. In addition to helping me find vendors, I was accompanied on the visits to meet and interview them. Also, they provided us with timelines that helped to keep us on track during the many months of wedding planning. They both made sure that all of the little details were addressed and nothing was left out. The day of the wedding was beautiful thanks to The Charmed Event team. My entire family and wedding party was able to relax and enjoy the day. If there was a problem the day of the wedding, we had absolutely no idea. Let's face it, planning a wedding can be tough, stressful, time-consuming, and EXPENSIVE. I knew I needed a wedding planner (and a good one at that) and I am SO glad I chose The Charmed Event. Jill and Katie went above and beyond EVERYTHING i asked for. I can say with confidence that I never once got stressed, overwhelmed, or upset throughout my wedding planning process. These gals did such an incredible job with every single detail and also helped me stay in my budget! I would not have changed one thing about my wedding day, and Jill and Katie are the ones to thank! I didn't have to worry about when a payment was due or what color to put with the bridesmaids dresses. They had so many new ideas and that is what I love about them: They are not the "old fashioned" wedding planners. WOW! I was completely wowed by the girls at The Charmed Event's attention to detail, professionalism, and overall execution of my rehearsal and wedding day. After planning much of the wedding myself, I knew that there were many “day of” wedding details that needed attention, attention of which I knew I couldn’t give on the wedding day. I found Katie and Jill through a referral with a friend, talked with them about my wedding day and how I needed their help. They assembled a detailed timeline of the day’s events, worked with every other vendor for precise timing and details, and followed up with me to let me know that everything was taken care of. It was great to know that everything was being taken care. Would highly recommend without a doubt!!!

I don't even know where to begin! Katie and Jill are the BEST! From the initial meeting to our send-off, they made my wedding day perfect! They are very detailed oriented and thought of things that never even crossed our minds. My mom and I both live out of town, and they stepped in and took care of everything. They knew which vendors fit our personalities, so they didn't waste our time when we came in town to meet with the vendors. I am very thankful my mom found them, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

The Charmed Event was fabulous, and truly went above and beyond to cover every detail of my wedding day!
