The Bridal House

The ladies at The Bridal House were very professional & chose exactly what I needed for my destination wedding. My dress came back exactly when they said it would & it fit perfectly. Great customer service & great prices!

I got a wonderful dress, dirt cheap because it was a sample. However, they are HIGHLY disorganized to say the least. They charge astronomical fees for alterations, ended up having to have the dress altered somewhere else after the fact and the manager doesn't have her stuff together at all. I can't imaging them staying in business for long, shop at your own risk.

I went in here on my first gown shopping venture. I must say I do not recommend this place at all. I had an appointment, but the lady helping me acted as if it wasn't worth her time to help me. She didn't listen to the type of dresses I wanted to try on and insisted in putting me in the dresses she liked for me to try on. My bridesmaid picked out a couple for me to try on that ended up being white bridesmaid's dresses. The lady just gave me the website for those dresses and practically kicked me out of the shop.

When we first went in to try on dresses they were wonderful. They let us try on as many dresses as we wanted. So all 6 of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses, I ordered my Dress and My mom ordered her dress. ALL of the Bridesmaids dresses were two big. 2 of my girls had to pay extra for a size that was entirely to large for them. Shanika would not listen to the sizes that we asked her to order. All of my girls had to get at least $60 worth of alterations. Then my dress was made wrong. It looked nothing like the sample that I tried on!!! I had to pay over $500 to get it to look similar to the dress that I tried on in the store. It was made crooked so I had to pay even more for the hem. It was ridiculous. Then Shanika was not there to speak with any of the times I went in. She was rude when I got to talk to her on the phone. I would not suggest this place to any bride who wants to feel magnificant on her day, because you wont you will just feel taken advantage of.

Shineka and her girls are HANDS DOWN "the BEST". I have nothing but RAVE REVIEWS with this place. Plus, she has Lisa, Who in my opinion is "WOW" a awesome seamstress. Every penny I spent in this place was SO worth it. My dress was a Big Hit.

The Bridal House was very good to me. I walked in originally just to look for bridesmaid dresses, because I had already bought a dress. I stumbled over to their sale rack and fell in love with this dress. I didnt think there would be anyway it work, but it did and it was a great price. The girls there were very nice and caring. You could tell they really wanted everyone to have the perfect dress. I think the best part was that they stored my dress in their store. I could take it for my bridal portraits and then bring it back to be steamed and pressed for the big day. I would recommend this for any bride. That way I did not run the risk of my now husband finding it and sneaking a peek. They also let me come in to try it on at any time. They were great!

This shop provided my bridesmaid dresses. They measured one of my bridesmaids, but the other one lives in a different state, so I provided measurements for her. When the dresses arrived it was just a few days before my wedding and both dresses were the wrong size. The bridesmaid that lives in town was able to pick hers up early and get it altered elsewhere becuase this store was going to charge extra for alterations that shouldn't have had to be made. However, the one from out of state ended up wearing a dress that was too big. I wasn't happy with that part of the service, but it wasn't all bad. The dresses other than being the wrong size were exactly as I'd ordered with no imperfections. And the ladies were nice enough to let us pick up the last one on a day when they were supposed to be closed.

Tammy and Gail were so helpful in selecting the perfect wedding dress. I had seen a dress I loved in a bride magazine in an ad for The Bridal House. We went to their store, found the dress, loved it, ordered it and the rest is history. It arrived in plenty of time for alterations and portraits. They were easy to work with, very kind and layed back. I would highly recommend The Bridal House for your wedding dress needs.

I found The Bridal House on a whim. We were out shopping for bridesmaid dresses and stopped in to see what they had. The girls were so helpful that I decided to go back and look at dresses for myself. I was having so much trouble deciding on a dress but everyone at The Bridal House was so patient and supportive. They offered me advice when needed and then stepped back and let me just work through it in my head. They knew that I was wearing the perfect dress for me, but they gave me the space to let me figure that out on my own. That is so much different from the other shops that I went into that pushed me to buy buy buy. Even better, Tammy takes a personal interest in her clients. She not only remembered me every time I went in the shop but she also offered me advice when I was having trouble finding vendors. She helped me find venues for the wedding and reception and suggested ideas for florists. She helped me pick out the perfect veil to go with my dress and also recommended an amazing seamstress for my alterations. I can honestly say without a doubt that my wedding wouldn't have been the same without the girls at The Bridal House. I am forever grateful for the part they played in making the dress process as stress-free as possible!

Loved this place! Lots of personal service and made you feel like a special customer. Very friendly- would recommend this place to any bride!
