Split Second Sound

Split Second Sound was absolutely amazing. My DJ's, Joey and Levar, were amazing. They made my wedding reception flow perfectly and I couldn't have asked for better DJ's. My wedding was no alcohol and they still got people on the dance floor! Any questions I had were responded to same day via email. They have many different package options for every budget. They made sure to call the week before the wedding and do a step by step walk through with me so I knew exactly what was going to happen. I didn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day and it was perfect!

Split Second Sound is AWESOME! Steve was wonderful. Everyone still talks about how wonderful our DJ service was! Steve had the best personality. I would definately use them again!

I cannot say enough of what Jonny Piscitelli did for my daughter's wedding and reception. He helped us with organization, suggested songs for the various moments during the reception (such as cutting the cake, toasts, etc.) and handled the entire ceremony with perfect timing. If you are stressing over this major event in your son or daughter's life, please stop worrying and call Split Second Sound. You will be so glad you did. I know we were. I highly recommend them to everyone, no matter what the event.

They are expensive but well worth it. There was not a dull moment at the reception. Levar is the best! He is very professional and asks you questions to find out what kind of party it will be and what the average age group is. Everyone was on the dance floor from the start of the night until the end of the night, not a dull moment. He's the bomb!! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!

Eric was AMAZING he did everything that we asked of him and because of that had the party we wanted at our wedding. Thank you guys so much!!

Split Second Sound did a fantastic job at our wedding. Our guest still talk about Vinny and how much fun they had! The dance floor was never empty and I just loved the two times Vinny got all our guest out on the dance floor. My step-dad even inducted Vinny into our family. It was such a great night! Where do I start? Jonathan and James (JD) were assigned to my wedding and they were, in one word, INCREDIBLE! As soon as the wedding party arrived, Jonathan was able to easily coordinate a few last minute things without interrupting the flow of our reception. From that point on, our entire reception ran smoothly and flawlessly with him coordinating. When JD got the dance floor going, there was nonstop dancing for 4 hours. He played all of the latest hits and the best of the best in old school r and b to keep the party moving! I’ve been told several times since our wedding that this was the most fun people had at a wedding in a long time. The dance floor was never empty…all toasts, announcements, introductions went perfectly. You get what you pay for! And I paid for an unbelievable and memorable wedding reception with the assistance of Split Second Sound. Quit playing around and hire these guys...and gals!

Jonah with Split Second Sound was AMAZING! He was so much fun and did exactly what we asked of him! He listened to us, met with us, recommended songs when we needed help and then helped our wedding turn into such a great event!! It was so nice to have him "guide" us along during the night so we didn't have to worry about a thing! I would recommend SSS and Jonah to anyone- he was great! :) THANK YOU!

Split Second Sound did an AMAZING job at our wedding reception. Our photographer actually recommended them, and so we decided to visit their booth at a wedding expo in Charlotte. The minute we met Jonny, we knew he was the perfect person to have leading our wedding reception. He was so friendly, and was willing to talk with me about wedding details as much as I wanted. The week before the wedding we had a lot of major changes and Jonny was very understanding and made the whole process so easy and fun. Throughout the entire reception he and Jesse were so energetic and overall fun people to be around. During dinner, Jonny went around to all the tables asking for song requests (and our friends and family LOVED this)! After the wedding our friends were so impressed to see them out on the dance floor. We actually had several other engaged couples tell us that they wanted their DJs to do the same at their wedding! Jonny and Jesse worked so hard that night (we provided them with dinner but we didn't see them take one break)! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I honestly believe that they are the reason why we all had such an amazing time that night!!

The Split Second Sound team of Levar and Jonah did an amazing job at our wedding. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the entire night. Levar and Jonah did a great job running the reception portion of our wedding and played some great music. Vinny and his crew made our night so memorable! They were quick to move the equipment inside when it began to rain. Our entire wedding party did not stop dancing once Vinny and his crew got the music going! Our 7 year old daughter was so into the music that she grabbed the mic and sang her heart out! My daughter's wedding was 7/8/11 the lead MC/DJ was Jonny. My daughter had explained to him that the majority of the people at the wedding would be between 40 - 55, that her family loved music and to dance, the grooms family was very conservative and didn't dance at all. She wanted to make every one feel comfortable and have a great time. That is exactly what Jonny did. When my husband and I walked in, we knew that the reception was going to be great. The music was perfect, the MC'ing was fantastic, and the dancing was so much FUN!!!! With the fact that there was no alcohol, little kids, old people, young adults and a grooms family who doesn't like to dance, Jonny had a bit of a "challenge". But he truly was wonderful! He did a fantastic job of getting the party hopping, keeping the party moving, and making everyone feel comfortable, no matter if they were young, old or just sitting down! He was even able to get the grooms family out on the floor a couple of times. My five year old grandchildren (twins boy and girl) danced all night. I asked my granddaughter later what was her most favorite part of the whole wedding (she was the flower girl) and she quickly said "dancing" The song selection was great. Great mix of country, Motown and oldies! Jonny got out on the floor and danced with us. We all had so much fun. I'm still sore from all the twisting and shouting I did! I received numerous compliments all night, and later after the reception everyone wanted to know what DJ we used. I will be forever happy to recommend Split Second Sound. A very grateful mother of the bride!

Split second sound was amazing! we had them do our reception, ceremony and cocktail hour music and it was perfect! they played great songs that had all of our guests all ages up and dancing, we had so many compliments on our entertainment and some of our friends wanted their information for events they were planning. They were very professional, friendly and flexible meeting with us in the evenings due to our work schedules, i would recommend split second sound to anyone who wants to worry less and have a dj they can trust to do an amazing job :)

Split Second Sound was awesome!! We had more compliments on them then we did any other part of the wedding. They made me feel totally relaxed; I was never worried about what was coming or what I was supposed to be doing. They had the whole wedding reception completely organized and running very smoothly. Everyone danced all night long. It was the wedding reception I had always wanted. You will not be disappointed with them, trust me!!!

We hired Steve of Split Second Sound for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and he and his team did an amazing job for all three. Each part of the evening exceeded our expectations, and music was a major priority for us. We absolutely loved working with Steve and the personal care he gave, prior to the wedding to meet with us, go over our music requirements and he made sure that everything was perfect for our wedding. He has such a great personality and great grasp on what will get people dancing, that he turned our reception into an amazing party. It was such a blast that guests from another reception came down and told us that our reception was blowing away their party, because our music/ DJ was so awesome! After having SSS and Steve DJ our wedding, there is absolutely no way we would every use anyone else and we can't thank them enough!

When we first met with Vinny I had an idea that I want him as my DJ and in the first 5 minutes I was sold. When I first meet with each vendor I have a list of questions to ask each of them before we sign a contract. They usually go through their spiel about what makes them different and why we should go with them. Well we met with Vinny he had answered every question I had! On top of that, we signed a contract on the spot because he's just that good with his craft. His company has been more than accomodating. Also, Vinny's father-in-law sings Frank Sinatra and many of my guests thought it was the track singing. They had to do a double take! My guests are coming up to us saying how much fun they had at the wedding.They truly made our wedding unique and put our personalities into it. He is extremely thorough in making sure you are getting what you paid for, as well as making sure everything goes smoothly! Talking about everything going smoothly my wedding was rained out and when I found out that we couldn't have the wedding outside I was upset. Vinny helped calm me down and assured me that everything looks fantastic and they got everything handled! I will never forget that because I needed that at that moment. The rain didn't matter to me anymore, all that mattered was the ceremony and having a blast at the reception! Vinny always gave suggestions but never pushed his ideas on to us! I never had a doubt that Split Second Sound wouldn't deliver. Vinny and the Split Second Sound crew did an AMAZING job for our wedding (honestly I don't think amazing is a good enough description of what he did for Ed and my wedding)!

Split Second did a great job at our reception. We had a slight problem with the microphone during my sister’s speech but they were quick to fix it! I was happy with all the songs we requested. Thought we might have more current “dance” music but I’m sure he got some requests from some of the older folks. Split Second was professional and it was great working with our DJ. He made an effort to get to know us and know what we like prior to the big day which was appreciated. We are thankful for his services and hard work!

I absolutely loved this company. I had several friends recommend them to me. They were amazing! DJs Jonny and Mike made my wedding day all the more memorable and special. Everything was seamless from beginning to end. These guys are truly gifted. Not only did they DJ, but they were so much more. They are exactly what they claimed to be, party motivators. They made the party. They kept the crowd involved and they even danced with us. We had the most compliments on their services. I was 110% satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

Split Second Sound was AMAZING!! We were married on June 4, 2011, and Johnny was our DJ.....he got everyone up and dancing, and it's two months later....and we still hear about how much everyone loved him!! Highly recommended!!
