My husband and I LOVE Skatell's. They are wonderful to work with and their jewelry is beautiful. We can't imagine having gotten our wedding rings from anywhere else.

Andrea was awesome. Looked at several jewelry stores, but came back to Skatell's because we both like what we saw there. I was looking for a band with the Grecian keys on it and although other jewlers had some theirs by far was the best looking. As for the bridal band we decided for sapphires to accent her engagement ring. We were shown Sri Lanka sapphires. They were a little lighter in color allowing you to see inside the gem and its cut. Absolutely beautiful. Dropped off the engagement ring so the band could be fitted to it. Only took a few hours to have it completed.

Skatell's has beautiful jewelry. The designed our engagement rings and wedding bands how we wanted. MY husband was dissatisfied with his ring, the lady behind the counter handle him being upset in a very professional manor, heard his concerns and they worked together to get exactly what he wanted. He was very satisfied with the finished product. They say it would take up to three weeks or more to get our rings our rings where ready in a week. They also offer free cleanings on your rings for life and a great discount on your wedding rings when you buy your engagement ring from them. Everyone that works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to work with.

My husband designed a beautiful engagement ring for me with the help of the wonderful staff at Skatell's. They worked with us to create an elegant wedding band to complement my engagement ring. We also purchased my husbands wedding band from Skatells. They let him take his time and try on dozens of different styles to help him pick out the right one. My husband surprised me with diamond earrings on our wedding day and the staff at Skatell's helped him keep this secret eventhough I was in their store two days before or wedding! Every time I have my rings cleaned the staff is so pleasant and great to work with. When one of my diamonds feel they out they fixed my ring in an hour and were so easy to work with when I was panicking over the lose of one of my precious stones!

I had a very unfortunate experience with Skatells with redesigning my wedding set. I chose Skatells based on so many wonderful reviews online as well as a recommendation from a friend. The entire process was short of what was promised at the beginning. The computer images were never provided as was promised when I began the design. The first set produced had many of the qualities that I had not wanted in the new set that we had discussed. One of my accent diamonds did not look right and when asked she said it was "an inclusion". I knew these stones were clear when I dropped them off and were examined by both of us and this "inclusion" was never there. I took the ring to another jeweler who examined the stone and said it was "fractured"=broken. In fact, when the stone was removed to return to me it came out in pieces. In the end, I seriously questioned their integrity and honesty and wanted my stones returned and a refund. Skatells did not deliver as promised and were dishonest in the process. The process was extremely heartbreaking as wedding sets are very emotional and took over 3 months. I would not recommend Skatells for custom design.

Great product, fair price, and amazing post-sale service. Mike went out of his way to make my wife happy, even post-sale. We will be back, and we recommend Skatell's in Pineville NC to friends.
