I have never encountered anyone so rude and disgusting. All my fiance and I wanted was to have a limo for her and her bridesmaids. He was very rude and hung up on my mother-in-law and myself. I never even got a word out besides my name. He claims that we made changes and acted like we were harassing him. If you are a providing limo services to anything wedding related remember that there WILL be changes. At least see that and provide any feedback or anything positive. If not be professional about it instead of hanging up the phone like a little brat. You just lost services and I hope if anyone reads this and wants him for a wedding go elsewhere. Hell! SilverFox limos provide excellent service and are responsible for their own fleet and will work with you. Think twice if you're going to hang up on somebody and you're supposed to be a professional businessman. Think twice when dealing with this and make sure you finalize changes before you even think of calling the first time for services.

Top quality.We booked a Bentley for our wedding in Asheville and they were an hour early!Car was georgous and driver very professional.Have already recomended them to a friend.

This company were amazing! We had a limo for the batch and batchlorette and they got us into clubs free.On the wedding we had a Rolls and it was the nicest car ive ever seen.Service was like being on a plane with first class.use them there great!

Royal Limousine called us at 5:59 pm on the day of a wedding that started at 6:00 pm to tell us the Rolls Royce Phantom that we had rented (and paid for for the night) would not be available. Instead we were sent a Bentley that we were not expressed with. The limousine driver was courteous but I would have liked for her to have been dressed a little more professionally. There seemed to be little apologies for the change and there was so issues about getting our money credited back for the difference in price between the cars.

They were the only transportation company to allow us to do two seperate trips. This allowed us to upgrade our vehicle for leaving at no price difference than one limo for the whole time. Helped make our day!

Our driver was a great help and really dependable.We booked the Chrysler 300 and it was in perfect shape for our drive.Their rates where the best we could find around our location.
