Pine Island Country Club

We loved this venue! The biggest perk for us was being able to have our ceremony and reception in one location. Jennifer, our coordinator, was awesome. At every meeting she really listened to what we wanted and made suggestions on how to bring our visions to life. My only complaint was on the day of our wedding, the usual club memebers were not out of the club by the time it was stated they would be. Overall this was an amazing venue with great scenery.

I fell in love with Pine Island Country Club the minute I saw the beautiful, windowed, rotunda. My wedding is this March, and I cannot wait to dance with my husband looking out at the sunset. Jennifer was readily available to answer questions and very sympathetic to a nervous, stressed out bride. :) She made the entire experience run smoothly. (p.s. Make sure you book the Bride and Groom locker rooms for your big day. They're gorgeous and a great place to get ready with your wedding party).

Jennifer is so awesome. Not only is she interested in making the bride feel comfortable, she went out of her way to help me with billion other things to keep our wedding in budget. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to get married! This place is lovely and their service is exceptionally 5 star....affordable and classy!!

Pine Island Country Club was a beautiful place to get married!! My husband and I got married in the evening outside on the golf course and rented out there ballroom for our reception. It was wonderful the staff was great the day of the wedding!! Jennifer Stewart helped us out alot and made our wedding run the way we wanted to!!!! She was awesome to work with and it didn't matter how many times i emailed or called I received a quick response! We has alot of fun and wished we could do it again also the price was great considering what other venues wanted in charlotte nc when we were looking in 2010.

Just to give you an idea of the value for the amount of guests and what we received I will tell you how many guests we had- the food that was served- and how much was spent. We had 160 guests and each guest received an entree with chicken cordon blue, carved London broil, marinated grilled vegetable medley, herb roasted red bliss potatoes, and a salad bar. We also had fruit and cheese for guests when they arrived. Each guest could choose from water, coffee, or tea. They had a good fountain package but we were happy with sweet tea. We spent just over $6,000- that is including the cost to reserve the site- the food- the coordinator- the linens- the decor- the plates, silverware, glasses, and napkins- and the tables and chairs. I had the most amazing Reception. It was everything that I dreamed of. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was incredible. My husband and I could not stop talking about how amazing the chicken cordon blue was and how the potatoes melted in your mouth. The portion sizes were wonderful- everyone ate their fill. The decorations looked beautiful. I had a Christmas themed wedding and they decorate the entire facility for Christmas- so I did not have to bring any decorations myself. They had two huge Christmas trees that were decorated beautifully! They have an amazing water fountain that is on the inside and it is beautiful for picture taking! The wedding coordinator at the facility was the sweetest lady and she made so much time for me. She would meet with me any time that I needed her to. She was accommodating for every thing that I needed. The staff set up all of my stuff for me so I had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. I just dropped off my centerpieces, bridal portrait, card box, and the snowflakes that I used for our grand exit. They provide the linens and even centerpieces if you pay for the package. But I had already purchased my own centerpieces. Everything there is so nice and beautiful I got compliments months after the wedding. Most people said that it was the nicest reception they had ever been to. It was completely and totally perfect. I cannot complain about a thing. I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and unforgettable wedding and reception!!

Pine Island is a beautiful venue for a wedding and reception. We were married outside and had the reception inside. It was absolutely perfect. The food was great and everyone has commented on the quality. Amy helped us think about things we may not have thought of without her assistance. She was able to suggest vendors for almost everything we would have needed.
