I loved the process to set up the chairs. Tiffany was very helpful in setting my order up and everything arrived earlier than expected. They were also helpful in picking up the chairs and tables when I was not around. The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the men who delivered the chairs/tables made me feel a little uncomfortable. Other than that I had a great experience with this company.

Party Reflections is great to work with. I really enjoyed my eggplant satin table cloths and black chiavari chairs. It made my wedding look so elegant. They have lots to choose from. I really like the showroom decor, it gives you tons of ideas. I will use them for all my party rentals!

We had a great experience with Party Reflections. They were always quick to respond to questions, changes, concerns, etc. And the rentals they were provided were perfect for our venue. Laura was great to work with!

I didn't hate them and I didn't absolutely love them. I felt when I went in that the girl was very uninterested in helping me but she got the job done. When I called back to adjust my order I spoke to another woman who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Delivery costs are a bit outragious (it would have cost more than my total rental).

I only rented extension cords from party reflections but they were very helpful. I ordered them over the phone, had someone pick them up, and someone return them after the wedding. I put down a 50% deposit over the phone and they charged the rest to my card the day they were picked up. It was perfect. Very easy!

Party Reflections is amazing and very well priced. They worked with us to ensure that we were able to get all of the rentals we wanted and yet stay within our budget at the same time. They were very helpful in suggesting ideas to make what we wanted work and get the most bang for our buck. Our event was for 350 people and it was in my parents back yard, so we had to rent EVERYTHING, and Party Reflections was fantastic every step of the way. They were so easy to work with, friendly, and patient. Excellent choice!

I was please with Party Reflections. We didn't rent many items from them, but the things we did rent turned out nicely. I was able to add items over the phone the week of the wedding which was very helpful b/c I could not make it out there. I would recommend them to a friend.

I only need a few chairs. After walking around for a bit i had to find someone to help me. after they found out i was not spending a lot of money they were not very interested in my needs.

We did not use this vendor because the customer service was terrible. I needed to rent table cloths and chair covers for a 300 person wedding and they did not think my event was big enough to come talk to me. They just pointed me to a corner where the fabrics were hanging. The girl working was very rude, and more interested in sitting at her desk then getting up to help me and my mother. I do not reccommend them unless you are having a very large event and need to rent tents and such, then they may pay attention to you!

We only ordered their chairs, but they have many rental options and do a wonderful job setting everything up for you. On the phone they were very helpful in deciding what chairs would work best for my outdoor venue and were prompt in delivery and pick up.
