Omni Charlotte Hotel

Robin was awesome. We had a culturally diverse wedding and Robin accomadated all of our needs. I also loved the view in the heart of downtown charlotte. Most of our guest were from out of town and they were very pleased with the service.

We looked at many different venues before deciding on the Omni. Robin Shuping is the best! the food was awesome, staff was perfect. Can't say enought about the experience at the Omni.

The best food!! I planned our wedding from TN and choose the Omni. This location is perfect for out of state guests. Close to the airport and so much for guest to do Downtown. I worked closely with Robin Shuping, the event planner, she made my wedding day perfect. The staff was awesome and really went above and beyond for us!

We were VERY pleased with the outcome of our wedding. Omni staff was friendly and easy to work with. Robin, the event specialist, was very helpful with the planning process and made our ceremony and reception run very smoothly. Our guests who stayed at the hotel told us they were pleased as well.

We had our guests stay at the Omni. It is a great hotel, especially for the group discount that I got. However, they were really hard to deal with while setting it up. We planned a morning after breakfast and they changed their prices on us.
