M7 Event Solutions and Catering

Micah with M7 is a doll and dream to work with - always answered all of my questions and was extremely flexible and easy to work with. The cocktail hour food was fantastic! I would highly recommend going with the harvest table. The dinner food was not as good.

We had to hire M7 Event Solutions three weeks before our wedding because our contracted caterer went out of business and we had 160 people attending our out of town wedding. Not only did M7 provide great service they did it under extreme circumstances. As if only having 3 weeks to prepare was not enough of a challenge for them, it rained all day at our outdoor wedding and tent reception. M7 had to track through mud and rain with plates and other dishes. I cannot say enough about how they went out of there way to not just serve food, but assist guests to avoid falls and cleaning up the dance floor periodically through the night. This was all well beyond our expectations. In hindsight it was a blessing to us that our other caterer was unable to perform because M7 went over and beyond to make our day special.

We were so pleased with both the planning and execution of our daughter's wedding. Our daughter works and lives out of town and we had just moved to Asheville; we found M7 very easy to work with - we mainly communicated by emails and phone calls. The outdoor setting is beautiful; we loved seeing guests wandering the property - down around the torch-lit fence in evening; everyone lraved about the some-mores around the campfire.
