We used the store in Pineville, NC. They have always provided excellent service each time we have gone to them! They even made sure that they got the right size ring in for my husband just a few days before the wedding!

I'm blown away by the beauty of my wedding ring. They're staff was very attentive to us while we were shopping and purchasing the ring. I was a little disappointed when it took two weeks to have it cleaned.

We bought his ring here. The woman we worked with was great very kind. The ring was great. the price was great. They are very easy going people. I dont like when people try to push a sell on you, they do not do that. The ring came in a lot faster than they said it was going to come.

The ladies that worked at the particular store we went to were terrific. They let our daughter run around everywhere without getting upset or angry about it, they even let her help close some of the cases. They spent ALOT of time answering all my fiances (now husband) questions, which was ALOT! They even helped pick out the perfect wrap for my ring. The only thing we didn't like is that they refused to be flexible on price even a little, but hey maybe they didn't have that authority. We got great rings and a good payment plan and we are happy.

The Triangle Town Center and Crabtree locations are by far the best! Our wedding bands and my engagement ring both came from Helzberg, BEAUTIFUL pieces. When it comes to sizing, cleaning, inspections....everything is always done in a timely and efficient manner. The reps are friendly and accommodating and even remember you by name.

LOVE my jewelry! They were all very helpful when I was looking and even more helpful during the purchasing. Jewelry is very expensive and I do not like to feel like I'm getting ripped off. I felt that I got a great deal and am very confident with my purchase. I have a lifetime guarantee with my wedding band and have not had any problems with having to go in and have it inspected to date.

It was a little expensive, but I love my ring. The customer service was excellent! the only thing I have to say that's bad is the quality of the product. One of the diamonds fell out during my honeymoon! However, we bought the insurance on it as well, and because of that they replaced it. That took a couple of weeks, but They didn't ask us questions or question whether or not it was actually lost! It was good to be believed and have it replaced! I recommend them for their customer service.
