I love Hayden Olivia. You see many shows about wedding dress shopping. Hayden Olivia is elegant, beautiful and has wonderful service. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have the dress that is right for you. I only wish I had a reason to continue shopping at the boutique. Its a wonderful place to find your wedding dress.

The staff at hayden olivia was the reason i chose to find my dress with them, they were so helpful and helped me pick out the dress that I wanted not what everyone else wanted. The dress was everyting I could have wanted and more i was sad to not be able to wear it again. Thank you ladies so much for everything that you did!!

Being from PA, Laura was able to accommodate my parents and myself with appointments and fittings based on my tight flight schedule. She was absolutely fantastic and made the whole dress shopping experience stress free. I ended up with the first dress I tried on (Melissa Sweet) and everyone LOVED it!

Hayden Olivia has a great selection of gowns (I wore Carol Hannah), which is pretty important. But, they are also SOOOO nice and helpful. They didn't have Carol Hannah gowns in when I was dress shopping, but they did have a trunk show coming one weekend. Unfortunately, I was out of town. BUT they saved the dresses until I came in and tried them on! I ended up ordering one, so it worked out perfectly! Everyone at Hayden Olivia provided great service and communication. They were always clear, called to confirm things, etc. I really appreciated that. The seamstress who works in Hayden Olivia is also the best in Charlotte. Hands down. She is absolutely awesome and will make your gown FLAWLESS.

Beautiful dresses and great service! Really worked with me to get the dress to fit perfectly. I gave them a value of 3 because I consider that average. I think you are paying the appropriate price for the great dress you are getting.

I found my wedding gown at Hayden Olivia and fell in love right away. It was a little out of my budget but the owner Heather worked with me to make it happen! I had a hard time scheduling fittings due to the fact that they are so busy on Saturdays and I work during the week. My overall experience was wonderful.

Laura and the team at Hayden Olivia were amazing to me before my wedding. I visited Hayden Olivia after trying out every other boutique in Charlotte. I was feeling discouraged, and this was sort of a last resort situation. I walked in and was immediately in love with the gowns at the boutique. They are high quailty dresses made with rich, luxurious fabrics, by top designers. The space is equally unique. It's in a loft, and it's urban but elegant at the same time. It truly looks like a shop straight out of New York.The staff was not pushy at all and they allowed me to try on every dress I wanted. When I asked for their opinions they were honest, and it was obvious they weren't just "trying to make a sale". They truly wanted me to have the dress of my dreams. I never felt rushed, and they let us bring in champagne and orange juice to make mimosas to celebrate. I returned at least 3 times after purchasing my dress-- to have it fitted, then to purchase undergarments, and then again for another fitting at the end, and they constantly bent over backwards to help me. I feel like they are my friends in a way, and that I could go back any day and they would welcome me with open arms. I would definitely recommend Hayden Olivia to anyone, anywhere. It beats Kleinfelds anyday :).

The women at Hayden Olivia made me feel like I was among friends every time I stepped through their door. The service was excellent and they even opened the shop for me to have my bridal portraits taken in the beautifully designed boutique. Hands down the best shopping experience I have ever had.

Hayden Olivia is a gorgeous bridal boutique in Charlotte. They have a beautifully styled space and an amazing selection of gowns. From the second I walked in, I felt important and valued. I had a private appointment and was able to try on dresses at ease. The owner of the boutique, Heather, was there to help me find my dress and she was so sweet and knowledgable. She was the one who picked out my dress, suggesting it was a shape that would flatter my body. I would recommend all brides visit Hayden Olivia!

I am so happy I bought my dress at Hayden Olivia. I dealt with Laura and she was amazing! Everything was so easy and they make you feel so important throughout the entire process. I bought my dress, earrings, shoes, and veil from there because they have such a great selection of designers and everything you could want. The seamstress Mai is also amazing. The alterations took almost no time at all and looked amazing.

Hayden Olivia Bridal is a very cute shop where you can find any kind of dress! They have a good selection of style and price. They are very helpful. I found my perfect dress and it fit perfectly! Their seamstress is the BEST!

I purchased my veil from here, as I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. I knew that before the dress... haha! I did try on dresses at this boutique on 3 or 4 occasions, the only reason I didn't end up getting a dress here was because it was more than I had budgeted for my wedding dress. The owner and her staff are so great to work with and very flexible about working with your schedule. One time I came in after hours to try on dresses from one of the designers since I was going to be out of town when the trunk show took place. I really felt like a queen, with the huge dressing rooms and the great staff waiting on you. The great space and awesome lighting. It is by far the best boutique in the city. And the dresses are custom made for you...not just manufactured off a line like most dresses. If you can afford it, it's worth EVERY penny!
