This company provided the food, cake, and staffing for my November 2011 wedding. The food was phenomenal. We got the airline chicken and prime rib. They allowed me to supplement the dinner menu with a few dishes of my own, as well as allowing me to do my own hors d'oeuvres to help fray costs. Their staff was friendly. The cake was a little sub-par and the rest of baked goods were great. Helped to do set up and clean up too.
