Creative Solutions Special Events

I didn't price hunt for chair/table/linen rentals becaues my venue required us to use Creative Solutions. They were very nice and helpful but I felt like they were a little pricey (hard to say for sure though since I didn't consult other rental companies).

Creative Solutions provided us with everything we needed very efficiently. They dropped off everything we needed and picked everything up. Their service was hassle free and amazing! They helped make our day special and beautiful!

Creative solutions had everything I needed for my wedding ceremony and reception. The prices were very reasonable and they also took care of all the set up and tear down. I booked my wedding coordinator, Allison Brown, through Creative Solutions and she helped me pick all the linens, sent me color swatches at the drop of the hat, and was willing to do anything and everything to make my day perfect. I had endless compliments on the set up and how everthing looked and was able to go through the day stress free knowing Allison had everything under control. I was a stress free bride, everything was done for me, to include a seating chart dropped on Allison the night before the wedding! If you want a smooth wedding with all the rentals and no set up for you or your family to worry about, book Creative Solutions and Allison Brown!

We had to use CS with the venue we chose. Our wedding was beautiful, but we felt that the rentals were pretty expensive. Overall, they were pretty great to work with!

I have used Creative Solutions for both my daughter's weddings in 2009 and 2010. They are extremely helpful and easy to work with. They were very reliable and did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I rented quite a few items from creative solutions. They ensured that I was very happy with the set up. I had one complaint, but they corrected it very quickly and it was as if it never happened. I would definitely recommend this company to other brides in the Charlotte metro area. Brad and Shannon the owners were very helpful and attentive to my needs.

Creative Solutions is the exclusive event rentals company for the venue we used for the wedding and reception. Allison was a pleasure to work with. She was very prompt in responding to emails with questions and changes we made to our order. Everyone was great on the day of the wedding and she even made sure everything was correct on the day of! They seemed a little expensive but its a great relief knowing everything will be set up and you don't have to worry with putting up all the tables, hanging the lanterns, or anything else you may chose to rent. They have a large selection of items to rent and would be able to help with any event. I would recommend them!!

We went with Creative Solutions because we had to! We got married at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden in Belmont, NC and this is the only rental company they use. To me, they were a little expensive. However, the staff was very professional and easy to work with. The linens, chairs, etc. were beautiful and exactly what we asked for.

Creative Solutions ended up putting the reception together beautifully but they I did have to watch their invoices like a hawk becuase there were constant little mistakes. I commend them for being flexible though because I also had a lot of little changes. Overall, recommendable

Worked with Creative Solutions for wedding at Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens. CS was extremely flexible, delivered everything as promised, responsive by e-mail or phone and easy to work with.

Do NOT rent from these people unless you are experienced in renting for special occasions. The site where I got married made me use them. I had to plan my wedding alone and had no experience of course. I had never even been in a wedding or had a friend who had been married. I had only been living in North Carolina for a few months. When I read over the draft of the contact, I noticed a few things they had missed and informed her. On my wedding day, things I did not think about were completely screwed up, so I had no idea what she was writing down when I initially told her what I wanted!! The 8 missing sidewalk candles that I had made sure she added to the contract I never saw anywhere on my wedding day (and those were definitely paid for). There were no covers on the mismatched chairs inside, although we had an entire conversation about them (they weren't in the contract when I looked afterwards). My head table was a round FLIMSY table buried among all of the other tables and I couldn't even find it when I went to sit after the father daughter dance (I had asked for a rectangular table so I could face all of the guests). I felt it sway with every little touch and I was so worried the entire time that it would get knocked over. This was really upsetting because there is no going back and fixing it. My advice to anyone using a rental service is that when you sit down and tell them what you want, make a list of your own with EVERY detail so that when you're looking over the contract, every item matches up.

Did the entire wedding and reception set up at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden and did an amazing job! Everything was exactly as we ordered; it was incredibly beautiful. They offered great suggestions since we were fairly inexperienced. They responded right away whenever we called. They were responsive to changes as our plans changed. They set up well ahead of time so we could check details. Really it was perfect.
