They did a really good job with my gown. It was ready the next day and it was well taken care of. The service was very proffesional. They were great!

Childress steamed my dress 2 days before the wedding (and got it done in 3 hours so I didn't have to leave it overnight!), then cleaned and preserved my gown afterward. It was a LOT cheaper than other places were quoting, and it looked GREAT. (My dress was 8-ply silk dupioni, so it had to be given LOTS of steam and LOTS of cleaning.)
