We did the taste testing and there was no going back. She was prepared and very professional. She captured our vision and she was very helpful with her suggestions. She was open to changes leading up to the wedding. She was very patient and it was a pleasure to work with Gail. I can't tell you how sweet she was to us. She constantly tried to calm me down leading up to the wedding…..thank you so much. :) She is skilled and extremely talented. Our wedding cake was moist and very tasty. We absolutely loved our wedding cake and will order from her in the future. Her cakes are beautiful and taste delicious. Cakes were amazing! The owner Gail was sooo easy to work with and always returned my calls and emails right away! She was so helpful and definitely knows the business. I highly recommend her for your special occassion cakes. They are not only gorgeous but very tastey as well!!!

The cake was gorgeous, tasted great, and was perfectly what I wanted. Gail worked with us to create the perfect cake for our wedding. She was extremely dependable. I will definately use her again if I need a cake for a special occasion, and will not hesitate to recommend her to a friend or anyone else that asks for a recommendation. She also provided a great reference to a friend of mine when she could not make a cake for another event. So she demonstrated her professionalism.

We used Cheesecake, Etc. in December, 2007 for our oldest daughter's wedding cake and again in October, 2011 for our youngest daughter's wedding cake. I didn't even consider anyone else. One of the guests at the reception said that she could smell the cake the minute she walked into the venue. I had people calling me at home to see if there were any leftovers! Delicious and beautiful! Thanks Gail Buff!

The cake that Gail designed for me was not only beautiful and creative but also delicious. Gail designed a pewter and canarey yellow pearlized cake for my reception that was stunning. The design was an original and helped to make my reception an unforgettable experience.

The service from start to finish was Great! She had a endless selection of cakes to view, that showed she is capable of creating anything. She took the time to sit down with me to design a cake that was personalized from my wedding. She gave great advise, I was happy to have someone with her expertise and experience. After meeting and seeing her bakery I was confident with my selection. My cake was Beautiful and I was more than happy.

First of all, the cake was everything we had wished for. It looked exactly like what we had pictured. The cake was moist and delicious, we loved it!! Gail was really easy to work with and was willing to make our wedding cake for us exactly how we wanted it. She is extremely talented and her cakes are a work of art!! I would definitely recommend Cheesecake Etc. to any couple looking for a wedding cake! We were very pleased and so were our guests.

Gail worked us in at the last minute and we were very pleased! All of the cakes tasted great and she offered helpful hints about flavor pairings. I brought in some pictures and within a few minutes of talking she had sketched out the perfect cake for us. When we saw the cake on our wedding day, It looked great, and tasted even better. We got a great value and all of our guests enjoyed the cake. Very nice, very professional. Thanks Gail!

Gail provided us with excellent service speedy delivery and worked with our florest with little difficulty. we were told she is one of the best and that statement did not fail us. Gail is a wonderful person to work with very professional and she get the job done on time and way above expectations. she did a wonderful job and in one year we will definately get our anniversery cake made by her.

My guests are still talking about the cakes!! We did a 5 layer wedding cake and a two layer grooms cake all with different flavors. They were all so good but the grooms cake was the best. It had the best Mango filling. Thanks so much Cheesecake etc!!

Cheesecake Etc. made our wedding cake and it was beautiful. When we first met with them for our tasting we fell in love with the flavors! Every cake and icing was so good that we ended up choosing 3 different kinds. I started with an idea for the cake and gail came up with the most amazing design! For months we were so excited to see the finished product and on our wedding day we were more than blown away with what we saw and tasted. Gail was absolutely fantastic to work with. After cake tastings at two other places I was seriously disheartened, yes the cakes were beautiful but they tasted totally boring. As soon as we walked into Gails kitchen we got a second wind of excitement, you are surrounded by examples of her gorgeous craftsmanship and the smells of freshly baked homemade cakes! We ate every little bit of cake, filling, and frosting samples set before us. We chose a four-tired cake made of vanilla pound cake, raspberry cream filling, and buttercream frosting. Our guests loved it, as did we! Thanks for everything Cheesecakes, etc!
