My reception was held at the Catawba Country Club and went beautifully. The price for the rental of the room and the price we were quoted for our catering were reasonable. However, when we received our bill it was much higher than what we were originally quoted. The club was very unprofressional in that they did not require nor offer a contract. I would recommend the country club but I would also recommend that anyone who uses this venue demand a contract to be written up before the reception takes place. Also, we were not told that we had a time limit or that guests needed to leave at a certain time. We were basically kicked out shortly after 10pm.

Stephen Busic is the assistant manager of the country club and he did everything he could to take care of us. We had Everything we needed and and questions we had were no problem. It is also a very beautiful there.
