What a wonderful experience it was working with Kathryn of Calico Corner Gifts and Goodies. Our cake topper was very heavy and I was nervous about it. But Kathryn did a PERFECT job securing the topper!! The cake was definitely the best I have ever tasted. I am looking forward to eating it again on our year anniversary. :D I highly recommend Calico Corner & Kathryn!!

wonderful cake and a great price

Kathy was PHENOMENAL to work with, very flexible in meeting with me (particularly because I was planning from 400 miles away and only able to be in town on holiday weekends). She took the pictures of my ideas and made the cake even better than we could have imagined. And it tasted just as delicious as it looked! Got a lot of nice comments from guests on how beautiful the cake was, looked wonderful in our pictures--thank you so much!!

Kathy is a wonderful woman, she did a awesome job on getting everything done on time. I don't think you'll find anyone else that cares more about service then her.

Kathy provide the wedding cake of our dreams. I had found parts from multiple wedding cakes that I liked, when we sat down, I brought all the pictures to show her the thing I liked. The end result was better than I could have imagined!! Everyone was amazed with the beauty and the originality of the cake. More importantly, many people had a second piece because they said it was some of the tastiest cake they have had. Everyone was amazed that it was wedding cake! Since then friends, family and myselfe call Kathy for all my cake needs.

Calico Corner Catering made it easy to make the decisions of food easy. She was even able to handle a difficult mother-in-law with ease and professionalism. And when the person appointed to make the cakes had backed out two weeks before my wedding, she stepped up and made my dream cakes.
