They were great. Our limo driver was very flexible. The limo was clean and very nice. We rented the "Big Papa" which was a SUV limo so it was easy for the ladies to get in and out with their dresses on. Excellent vendor!

Unprofessional, Disorganized, Rude!An encouraging and solid phone conversation tricked me into thinking that this company was responsible enough to handle my big day. I was verbally promised several specifics at a set rate (over the phone). Email contracts lacked pertinent details so I followed up a second time with Gil who assured me that various vague email contracts were not a reflection of our arrangements. I should have demanded details in writing!My credit card was charged the agreed amount. When Gil insisted that the vehicles that were provided fit the "contract" I showed him my credit card statement and he quickly apologized and refunded me the amount that was owed to me for transporting our guests in vehicles that did not seat as many as was arranged.Guests were late to our reception due to this HUGE error. Thus, their transport back to the hotel was also SLOW and frustrating. Gil even insisted on speaking to me over the phone in the limo after the reception on the way back to the hotel. Extremely unprofessional! This was HIS error and he tried to pass the blame on to me. The truth was in the credit card charges. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

These guys were awesome. Very professional. We needed them to pick us earlier than planned and they were on top of it!!
