Black-Eyed Susan Catering

Cynthia and her staff took our reception to the next level. All of our guests were blown away by Black-eyed susan's creations. We had a plated meal and everything was DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked and brought to our guests with smiles! The wait staff was terrific and o so nice! Thanks to Cynthia and her staff our reception was unforgettable, our guests are still telling us about how they LOVED the food!

Just returned home from our daughter's fabulous wedding outside of Asheville, NC. Cynthia and her staff played a MAJOR role in making this day fantastic. The food was excellent, the service impeccable. We had a plated dinner that was served timely and always with a smile. After the final arrangements were made, I didn't have to do a thing - I knew that Cynthia would take care of it all - and she didn't let me down. A fantastic caterer with fantastic food and staff.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Cynthia and her staff were for our wedding. Our venue was a new location for them outside of Sylva and she traveled all the way out to meet me there and even helped discuss layout and timing of events. The food was absolutely delicious and the guests raved about how fantastic it was. We even had a guest who grew up in Manhattan and told us it was some of the best she had ever had at a wedding! We were on a super strict budget since we were paying for the wedding ourselves and she helped work out everything and pick items that were tasty but affordable. Out of all of our vendors, we were the most happy with Cynthia, she certainly exceeded our expectations. I have recommended her over and over again to everyone I have met getting married near Asheville. Pick her and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Exceptional quality and service in all regards! We highly recommend Cynthia and Brad and their staff at Black Eyed Susan catering. Our reception was an informal event at our home - for 80 people! The staff accommodated every request, were professional and helpful and really made the event memorable for everyone. The food was exquisite - our guests have continued to rave about it for weeks afterward. Call these people - you will be in great hands!

We had more than one guest comment that the meal was the best wedding food they had ever had! Absolutely delicious. We had a dinner/buffet meal that was very elegant, with a very friendly and professional staff serving drinks and clearing tables. The linens and place settings were beautiful. At the last minute (the day of the wedding) I panicked and asked Cynthia if we could add more food, she accommodated my every need. Definitely recommend Black-eyed Susan to all brides to be.
