Best Impressions is the catering company that is associated with our venue- Byron's South End. They were actually the ones who handled all the of the planning process/organization for our April wedding, which was surprisingly very easy to work with. My now husband and I didn't even bother doing any food trials there, we had a number of friends and family members who have attended events there and told us the food was good so we went with it. Good was an understatement. The food at our wedding was out of this world! We had a few items served during the cocktail hour, which all of our guests raved about, especially the shrimp cocktail in the vodka pepper sauce! Two thumbs up! We provided a seated dinner for our guests and they had an option of 3 different items for their meals and everyone was floored with how delicious the food was, especially to have the filet mignon's prepared to each guests preference! Most of our guests were hesitant on the halibut choice, but it came with a tomato marmalade that was outstanding and but the meal over the top! I especially enjoyed the chicken stuffed with spinach and goat cheese, which was absolutely mouth watering! Our contact at Best Impressions, Ashley Erwin, was fabulous through every step of the way! From answering any question I had in such a quick manner, being available for any quick meeting I wanted to have to helping to pick out the food choices, the linens for the event, and anything else you could think of for preparation for a wedding. She made the whole process so much easier, where my level of stress was non-existent. They handle every piece of the planning for you that all you have to do is give them the head count, food choices and they are off! One of the other awesome things Best Impressions does is provide to you a day of coordinator for your wedding day. Adam was our guy and he was also fabulous through everything! I dropped all of the name cards, table signs, pictures, matches, etc. the day before the wedding, gave him a quick outline of what I wanted with it and when we came to the venue on our day- everything was beyond perfect! The cost of food/beverages is average for a catering company, but they are willing to work with you and your budget to make it fit your needs. You will not be disappointed with Best Impressions as your caterer for any event! I can promise...

Best Impressions truly is THE BEST!! We were extremely happy with their services, food, and overall experience with them. We had a big Italian wedding with a lot of food professionals in our family and even they were impressed with the food and service. With food a major focus of our wedding, they MADE our wedding perfect!

One thing you remember about a wedding is the food, so you dont want to go with the wrong caterer!! Best Impressions was absolutely wonderful, and made such great food. We had salmon and steak as our entree, and it was delicious!!! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality food!!

Best Impressions has THE BEST FOOD I have ever had at a reception. Ashley was my contact at Best Impressions and she was fabulous! They helped make our reception perfect - so professional, and so helpful - and the value for the money was great! We looked around at lots of vendors and when we found Best Impressions we knew we didn't have to look any further. Our guests raved about the food and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Got married on Halloween and had a huge dessert reception catered by Best Impressions. I was beautifully displayed and everyone raved on the wonderful tastes!

A little on the expensive side for things, but they were one of our favorite vendors. They were very professional and I had no worries that they would get the job done. Oysters were delicious!

Best Impressions was a geat choice for our wedding. Dave Byron and his staff were so easy to work with. They were very helpful and accomodating. we had many comments from our guest on how wonderful the food was and that this was the best wedding reception they had attended. We would highly recommend Best Impressions for your catering needs. We didn't have to worry about anything not getting done. Everything ran very smoothly. The wait staff they provided was great. I would use them again for another event.

Best Impressions outdid themselves...oru buffet syle meal ended up elegant and VERY tasty. All staff on hand were VERY professional and did an amazing job. I am beyond pleased with the entire package.

There food was amazing! Everyone LOVED it and talked about it for a few weeks after the wedding. Our favorite part was the lobster and chicken quesadillas they were able to do for my husband and I. We made this special request and it was a huge hit with our guests

All I can say is yum! Their mashed potato bar was fantastic and we were incredibly pleased with everything we had and all of the suggestions. We did have some problems getting the proper invoices from them but in the end it was definitely worth the little bit of extra hassle.

Best Impressions is a fantastic catering company and the food was delicious! We did have to work to get some of the items that we wanted for our brunch reception.
